TRS are specialist recruiters in Information Technology and therefore goes the extra mile to source and provide the following positions:

Recruitment and Selection:

At TRS we provide both temporary and permanent I.T. recruiting staffing solutions.

- By endeavoring to have a complete understanding of the variety of disciplines in our specialized industry, we strive to ensure that both Client and Candidates needs are addressed.

Procedure:

Where possible, in a meeting and/or telephonic conversation between TRS and the Client a thorough "Job Description" is worked out for the position/s to be filled.

- TRS will carry out an extensive search of its "Applicants Data Base" and will simultaneously as required advertise for the position in various media at its own cost. Only once TRS is satisfied that is has suitable applicant(s) will we submit CV's to the Client.

Once the Employer has decided who is to be interviewed, TRS will organise the interview at a date and place indicated by the Client.

- In order to stick with TRS's vision of placing quality certified professionals, full background checks will be done including, ITC, Criminal and Qualification Attesting as per the request and requirement of the Client.

Fee Structure / Schedule:

Permanent:
For permanent appointments, the placement fee is based on a percentage of the Candidates "TOTAL COST TO COMPANY (CTC)" Total Cost to Company means gros annual salary plus any and all guranteed bonuses and all fixed monthly contributions by the employer (medical aid, pension, provident etc.).

Contractual:
For contractual appointments, the placement fee is based on a percentage of the candidates "MONTHLY COST".
